Self Storage FAQ

While those who utilize self storage may immediately think of it only as a place to store family heirlooms until there's a place to put them in the home, or to keep track of pieces while you do renovations. But for many who are short on outdoor storage space, self storage can become a surprising place to keep your gardening possessions, too.

When can I move in?

If there is an available unit which suits your personal storage needs, you can move in at any time.

How much notice do I have to give when I need to vacate my rental unit?

Invoices are automatically sent out monthly, please notify us of your move out date prior to the end of the month, in order to not be charged for the following month.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gate?

No, you will receive your own security pass code that will allow you 24hrs/7 day access to your unit when you sign up for a new unit.

How do I make payments?

For your convenience, all payments are made online via Credit Card, Debit or Visa.

What are the hours of operation?

You will have access to your unit 24hrs/7 days a week.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we do not require any long term commitment.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

Please bring your own lock at the time of moving in. We are not liable for any stolen property if you do not have a lock on your unit.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishable are not allowed to be stored in units. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Are promotions automatically applied to my account when I pay?

Yes, if you are moving in during a promotion, discounts will automatically be applied to your account.

Can I park my RV or car on site?

No, we do not offer RV or car storage.
