Limitations and other conditions
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Not valid for transfers from an existing unit.
- Additional fees (e.g., lock purchases, admin fees, insurance, and taxes) are not included in the discount.

Customer must remain in good standing to maintain the discount. Failure to make a payment during the promotional period will result in the immediate termination of discounts, which cannot be reinstated.

After the first 3 months, rental rates automatically revert to the regular monthly rate.
