• Customer must remain in good standing to maintain the discount. Failure to make a payment during the promotional period will result in the immediate termination of discounts, which cannot be reinstated.

Terms & Conditions:

• A 6-month rental commitment is required. 
• Promotion is offered from July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026.
• Early move-outs will require repayment of any discounts applied prior to finalizing the move-out process.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• Not valid for transfers from an existing unit.
• Additional fees (e.g., lock purchases, admin fees, insurance, and taxes) are not included in the discount.
• After the first 6 months, rental rates automatically revert to the regular monthly rate.
• We reserve the right to change or end this promotion at any time without notice.
• Promo must be mentioned or selected at the time of rental retroactive discounts are not allowed.
